Superbad Trailer Recut: Epic Adventure

Someone by the name of “Marshall” has turned our favorite comedy Superbad, into an amazing looking action film. The re-cut trailer shows that with a little editing, the marketing people could have actually made Superbad appear to be a dark thriller. It would have created a very cool twist for an already awesome comedy. Kudos to the creator!

Youth in Revolt

Youth in RevoltMichael Cera is yet to appear in another film entitled “Youth In Revolt.” Cera will be playing the role of Nick Twisp, a sexually obsessed teenager trying to get by in a world full of dull adults. His mission is to lose his virginity. “Youth Revolts” story comes from a novel written by C.D. Payne. This book has become a national hit, making Arteta believe that his film adaptation will be a huge success in the box office.

Arteta has made several indie films which all seem to fit the style of this story. The movie is said to be released on December 12, 2008 so Cera fans look out for this upcoming film. It should be an exciting one!

Cera and Hill Love to Hate

When I was young I had a really close friend that would continually pummel me with insults. I would return the favor and it turned into a long lasting friendship. To this day my parents never really understood us. Well, it turns out that Michael Cera and Jonah Hill share that same closeness.

When ABC News recently interviewed the gruesome twosome they relentlessly taunted each other throughout a miniature golf game and traded insults over french fries and nachos. Truly, the mark of best friends.

A couple of weeks ago I posted about submitting questions for Moviefone’s star-on-star video Q&A show. The result? Some hilarious clips! Jonah Hill and Michael Cera debate the great topics of our time: sandwiches, high school dating tips and how to join the Judd Apatow club. You can watch the interview in a variety of flavors. They are also featuring some uncensored clips from the interview.
