Michael Cera and Jonah Hill have been named one of Premiere.com’s 20 hottest new faces of comedy. As we well know they are both starring in the upcoming movie Superbad. Cera will also be starring in Year One, after wrapping the Jason Reitman comedy Juno. Premiere also had a chance to interview the guys when they were attending Comic-Con in San Diego.
Cinematical is taking questions for Michael Cera and Jonah Hill who we know are staring in the upcoming movie Superbad. They will be grilling each other for Moviefone’s star-on-star video Q&A show in which celebrities interview each other with your questions and some of their own. Head on over and post your questions!

He played Kale in Disturbia, he’s staring in the awesome movie Transformers, and he’s recently been chosen to be in Indiana Jones 4. Shia LaBeouf’s career is literally on fire. So why has E! Online decided to throw in their lot with Cera? Well, he is dead sexy. It also helps that they love his new show Clark and Michael and that he has excellent music, movie and literary tastes as noted on his myspace page.
So, it looks like they have caught Cera fever. Have you?

Michael Cera has landed a lead role in a big screen comedy alongside Jack Black. “Year One” will be produced by Judd Apatow and helmed by Harold Ramis, who directed Bill Murray in Groundhog Day.
“With Judd Apatow, Harold Ramis, Jack Black and Michael Cera, the filmmakers have assembled an insanely talented group of comedians,” said Columbia’s president of production Matt Tolmach. “We couldn’t be more thrilled or excited by the way this project has come together.”

This is the funniest thing I’ve seen all day. A fantastic piece of viral marketing for Knocked Up. I won’t spoil any of the details but Cera makes a smashing performance. Its so good I wish he was actually in the movie. I highly recommend you check it out.
USA Weekend has a special feature about things you didn’t know about this summer’s biggest and best releases. Of course they included that quirky comedy we’re all looking forward too, Superbad, staring our favorite lovable actor Michael Cera!
For the opening credits sequence of this comedy about dysfunctional teenagers, the producers asked actor Michael Cera to do a 45-minute take of him dancing. Co-star Jonah Hill did the same dancing, but for just eight minutes. The director used one minute of each. According to a studio spokesperson, the filmmakers knew that they would only use a bit of the dancing, but they just wanted to make Cera uncomfortable for their own entertainment!
Sony has released a new poster for Ceras upcoming high-school comedy Superbad. I have high hopes for the film and so does Sony. Nice pants.

Superbad is heading to theaters August 17th and Buzzsugar is pretty stoked about its release. The premise of Superbad appears to be about two co-dependent high school seniors (Hill and Cera) who are forced to deal with separation anxiety after their plan to stage a booze-soaked party goes wrong. Check out the trailer. Looks sweet.
If you need a Cera fix you can catch Michael doing stand-up on Myspace. His Clark and Michael profile features a video of Cera doing stand-up at a local open mic night; it looks like he’s carrying his George-Michael persona over to his stand-up act, funny stuff. Go over and check it out.
